Home & Family Support Services

Home and Family Support Services is a portfolio of programs within Southern Junction Community Services. The services provided by the H&FSS staff are based on strengths based models; clients centred approaches and have an emphasis on quality and collaboration.

The H&FSS staff provide services to clients who are experiences homelessness or at a risk of homelessness through:(Click on each of the programs to find out more.)

• Outer Southern Youth Homelessness Service (OSYHS)
• Intensive Tenancy Support Program (OSGHS)
• Fleurieu Housing Support Service (FHSS)

H&FSS staff also provide the following specialised services:

• Fleurieu Domestic Violence Service - Kangaroo Island (FDVS –KI)
• Point of Engagement (PoE)
• ICAN Services
• Supported Playgroups
• Counselling Services
