Youth Connections

The ‘Youth Connections’ – Alternative Care Mentoring project aims to provide recreational and social supports to young people under Guardianship of the Minister who are housed at the Organisations SEAS residential care units. The project aims to match workers with mentors and works towards provide support to maintain and sustain both the placement and the young person in their transition to longer term placement. There is a high degree of internal staff involvement and co-working with Families SA.
